This page demonstrates the worker consent flow used before SMS scheduling notifications are enabled. It is a non-production demo path for compliance review.
How the real process works
- An administrator creates the worker record with the employee's phone number.
- The worker receives an initial setup link by text.
- On first access, the worker is shown SMS consent terms plus links to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
- The worker must explicitly opt in before ongoing scheduling texts are sent.
SMS Terms & Consent
CartJockeys sends SMS messages to golf course staff members for shift scheduling and operational communication. Messages may include availability requests, published schedules, sub-request alerts, supervisor broadcasts, and policy acknowledgments.
Message frequency: varies based on scheduling activity.
Message and data rates: may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time.
