CartJockeys SMS Consent & Message Flow
This page explains the public SMS disclosure and opt-in flow used for CartJockeys worker scheduling notifications. It is intended for compliance review and employee reference.
How opt-in works
- 1A supervisor or administrator creates the worker record using the phone number the employee provided for work scheduling.
- 2The employee opens the opt-in page or worker portal link provided by their employer before any SMS messages are sent.
- 3On first access, the worker is shown SMS consent terms and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
- 4The worker must explicitly check the consent box before receiving any CartJockeys text messages.
